Valencia is a condo conversion in Las Vegas, Nevada, near UNLV. This apartment/condo is a nightmare to live at. I currently OWN one of these condo's and purchasing at Valencia was and is a huge mistake. I would not recommend this travesty upon anyone, nor recommend this place to anybody that is thinking of renting or owning!! On Valencia's website they say "Finally, a beautiful home is within reach," I laugh at that, because HELL would be a better than this place!! You want to know why this place sucks so bad!? I will tell you why...
Here is a list of things you would have to deal with:
- First off I have a brand new car that was vandalized!!
- Children are out running a muck from 2:30 until 10:00 or 11:00 at night, sometimes later.
- Trash is everywhere you turn
- Rocks are being thrown and damaging light fixtures.
- Lights fixtures are out all the time and the Valencia Rental office does not fix them (Currently 3 consecutive light bulbs are out) I called 4 days ago and was told it would be fixed on Monday and they still have not been replaced it.
- Kids are kicking soccer-balls and throwing footballs up against the building, doors, and stairs. This causes disturbances and the kids could give a flying F***.
- When you talk to the parents they are just as smug and ignorant as their children.
- On weekends GOOD LUCK GETTING ANY SLEEP, especially when there are loud a** people laughing and drinking on their balcony because they are having parties from the afternoon into late at night. They are so loud you would think the bastards need a HEARING AID.
- Also people hang out in the parking lot, drinking!! Then to top it off, they live their beer cans and trash laying in the parking lot.
- If you go to the HOA meetings you will not find any help, they are nonchalant and brush you off because they don't give a d***.
- People take up as many parking spots as they want, even though you only get one and they are assigned.
- When people walk their dogs, they do not pick up their dog S*** and I have to look at this S*** that's everywhere.
- There are satellite dishes that have been put up on the wooden structure of the building and is in violation of the HOA rules. But all the association says is "they are being fined," which is bull s*** because no A** HOLE would want a fine every month. (This is such an eye sore because to many are up)
- DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING IN THE POOL because it is so dirty and polluted from the lack of cleaning, as well as the pigs that go in the pool and throw debris .
- The tennis court is full of trash and asphalt is broken up because these little bastards break it apart. They throw the asphalt at each other and even ride around on skateboards, bikes, scooters, and w/e else they can use.
- Valencia has ZERO SECURITY, so no sense in feeling safe!! Your always worried about vandalism and windows being broken by these little A** Holes/BASTARDS!!
- There are new plants and these little f***s break the plants apart and hit each other with them.
- Don't worry about your maintenance fees going to clean this place up, because these workers don't do what needs to be done to keep this place looking its best.
- The model unit and balcony needs a power wash because it is so dirty with cob webs and debris (such as dust and dirt)
- Sometimes the sprinklers are on for 8 to 10 hours at a time, sometimes MORE!! Then it gets to be a pool outside on the sidewalk and you can't get out of your place!! Unless you want to swim!! NO JOKING HERE!!
PLEASE DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM THIS CONDO CONVERSION UNTIL THERE IS SOME SERIOUS REORGANIZATION ON VALENCIA'S PART TO MAKE THIS PLACE LIVABLE. I AM BLOGGING ABOUT THIS TO INFORM THE PUBLIC OF THIS INJUSTICE TO THE OWNERS THAT LIVE HERE!! AS AN OWNER YOU TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR INVESTMENT AND THESE RENTERS COULD GIVE A FLYING F*** BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY CAN GET UP AND LEAVE WHEN THEY WANT. I CAN'T!! AND WHO THE F*** WOULD WANT TO BUY THIS PLACE WHEN THEY SEE THE GHETTO A** PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE??!!
